Sometimes, you make painstaking plans to arrive at a certain point at a certain moment to make sure you capture the shot at the exact right time.
And sometimes you’re driving down the road, see magic happening, and only have to pull over.
Driving between Westland National Park and the town of Fox Glacier (a distance of about two miles), the clouds were swirling around the peaks of the mountains, creating gorgeous displays. We pulled over and captured as much of it as we could.
